Provides enough moisture and slip to feel good, but not too much that hair looks greasy. The best smell and a good size tub. Love it!

Great hair mask
Lovely hair mask, makes my ends lovely and smooth. I think it is quite a heavy mask, and I only use a TINY amount for my fine hair.

Had a sample, fell in love
I received a sample of this previously and loved it so much that I got spendy and bought the full-size. I use it once a week after shampoo (I rotate through different shampoos and it doesn't seem to have any effect of the mask's efficacy) and leave it on for at least 10 mins from root to tip. If I have time I chuck a shower cap on top to really lock the moisture in. Makes my hair look very smooth and smells lush too. Worth noting that I have very fine hair and my friend with extremely thick hair said this mask was not particularly effective for her, so fine hair types are realistically probably going to get better results from Soul Food.
